How does it work?
Choose a product, send a photo of your child's best friend (cuddly toy, favourite toy or pet) and we'll create a one-of-a-kind illustration with it as the hero.
What do I do first?
Pick an item, then upload the photo. The illustration is generated in a few seconds, right on the page.
How do I know if my photo will work?
Use a well-lit photo, centred on the toy or pet, without too much going on in the background. A phone camera is plenty.
What if I don't like the illustration?
You can ask for a new version for free before you confirm your order. Printing only starts once you've confirmed.
Can I order more than one item with the same illustration?
Yes, just change the quantity in your basket. For different designs, place a separate order for each one.
Which illustration styles do you offer?
Watercolour, Cartoon or Relief – you choose when you create your illustration.
How long does it take to see the illustration?
A few seconds, right on the page, before you pay anything.
My child's cuddly toy is very worn. Will it still work?
Yes – the most worn ones are often the most loved. We illustrate it just as it is.
Which products do you offer?
Right now: kids' T-shirts (ages 2–12). More items are coming soon.
Which size should I choose?
Items fit true to size. If in doubt, go up a size: children grow quickly.
What's the quality like?
Our T-shirts are made of cotton. Everything is printed in Europe, in line with children's product standards.
How do I care for the clothes?
Wash inside out at 30°C maximum with similar colours. Avoid the tumble dryer and don't iron directly over the print.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Personalised items are excluded from the 14-day right to cancel. The safeguard is that you see and approve the illustration before you pay, so there are no nasty surprises.
What do you do with my data and my photo?
The photo you send is only used to create the illustration. We won't publish your illustration without your permission. Details are in our privacy policy.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There is no minimum order.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 5 to 7 working days from confirming your order to delivery. That includes printing your T-shirt and getting it to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible at contact@plushytales.fr: as long as printing hasn't started, we'll sort something out.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Email a photo to contact@plushytales.fr and we'll replace it, no questions asked.
