It started with a child's reaction

Your child's best friend sleeps under the pillow.

How it started

Always by their side, since day one.

Under the pillow at night. In the bag for a trip to Grandma and Grandpa's. In the pushchair, wedged between the blanket and the water bottle. Their cuddly toy answers to a name (Bunny, Pip, Blue Ted, Simba…) and has had adventures no other toy ever has.

Your child's cuddly toy isn't just a toy. It's their best friend.

One evening, Florian turned his daughter's cuddly toy into a hero in an illustration. He showed her. Her reaction said it all. It wasn't ‘oh, that's pretty’. It was instant recognition, the moment a child sees their lifelong best friend in the role it has deserved all along. Florian thought: what if we printed it on a T-shirt? That T-shirt became one of her favourites. She wears it when guests come round. She's shown it to everyone. From that simple idea, PlushyTales was born.
